Tanquigan Elementary School Football Team has a remarkable history of success, consistently representing San Fernando City Division in the R1AA Meet. Since 2005, the team has achieved a winning streak in the District Meet, showcasing their exceptional talent and dedication. Their impressive record includes participation in various regional competitions, traveling to Laoag City (2010), Lingayen, Pangasinan (2011, 2013), Urdaneta City (2012), Agoo, La Union (2014), Manaoag, Pangasinan (2015), San Carlos City (2016, 2023), Vigan City (2017), Alaminos City (2018), Ilocos Norte (2024) and Bacnotan, La Union (2025).
